Joining the Tri-Point Contractor Network is free. Submitting a profile does not guarantee review by a particular date, an opportunity, a bid, an award, a revenue level or continued participation. Tri-Point is an independent business, not a government agency or an official government registration service.
Accurate business information
Submit information you are authorized to provide and keep it accurate. Do not claim licenses, insurance, certifications, government registrations or experience you cannot substantiate. Ownership descriptions and formal certifications are different. All initial profiles are self-reported, not verified.
Separate written agreements
Participation does not create an employment, agency, legal partnership, joint venture, prime contract or subcontract relationship. Any paid service, teaming agreement, proposal support or performance obligation must be separately agreed in writing by authorized parties. No bid or representation may be made in another company’s name without proper authorization.
Opportunity-specific requirements
Government opportunities are governed by the issuing agency’s current solicitation, addenda and applicable requirements. General guidance and preliminary matches are not eligibility determinations, legal advice, or guarantees. Each business remains responsible for evaluating obligations before committing.
Contact and consent
By submitting the form, you permit Tri-Point to contact you about your application and potential business relationships. Future general educational and opportunity marketing emails require the separate optional opt-in. You may ask to update or withdraw your profile through info@tripointgs.com.
Responsible participation
Do not submit confidential bid information, third-party personal information without authority, passwords, tax documents or banking details through the signup form. Tri-Point may decline or remove inappropriate, misleading or abusive applications. Questions may be sent to info@tripointgs.com.
