Information we collect
When you submit the contractor form, we collect the business and contact information, service area, capability details, experience and preferences you choose to provide. We also record the submission time, consent version, optional marketing preference, limited campaign label and referral code. Do not submit tax IDs, government identification, banking information, passwords or sensitive documents.
How we use it
We use applications to maintain an internal contractor directory, review potential business fit, respond to you and discuss potential opportunities or relationships. Providing an application does not authorize Tri-Point to submit a bid in your name or bind your business to a contract. Optional future educational and opportunity emails require the separate opt-in on the form; no automatic email schedule is promised at launch.
Storage and sharing
Applications are stored in a private Vercel storage service used for this website, not in a public contractor directory or our public source-code repository. Access is restricted to authorized administration. Hosting providers process data to operate the service. We do not sell application contact information or publish it as part of a directory. Any proposed disclosure for a specific teaming or contracting relationship should be discussed separately.
Security and browser storage
The site uses request validation, abuse limits and a secure administrator session cookie. Rate-limit records contain keyed hashes derived from an IP address and a short time window, not a raw address in the application record. Hosting providers may process standard access logs. Your browser may temporarily store a receipt reference and referral code so the confirmation page can display them. This release does not add advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers. No security system can eliminate every risk.
Retention and your choices
We retain applications while they remain useful for potential business relationships, subject to deletion requests and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from future marketing by emailing info@tripointgs.com from the contact address on your application. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.
